This policy applies to products purchased directly from the MAGO MAGA official website. Orders placed through Amazon, Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other third-party platforms are subject first to the return, refund, fulfillment, and service rules of the applicable platform.

1. Product Quality Commitment MAGO MAGA values product quality and customer experience. All products are inspected before shipment. If a product develops a functional issue under normal household use due to a non-user-caused defect, we will provide a fair and reasonable solution, which may include remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair service, replacement of the main unit, replacement of the full product, refund, or another appropriate solution based on the situation.

2. Household Use and Commercial Use MAGO MAGA products are designed as smart home coffee bean roasters for household users, coffee enthusiasts, and light testing or experience-based use. The product is not designed to operate as a continuous commercial production machine for coffee shops, studios, factories, or other high-frequency commercial environments. If the product is used in a commercial environment or for high-frequency continuous production, MAGO MAGA will only be responsible for the normal warranty coverage of one unit. Customers should carefully evaluate whether the product is suitable for their intended use before purchase.

3. Service Rules for Different Sales Channels 3.1 MAGO MAGA Official Website Orders Orders placed through the MAGO MAGA official website are covered by this policy. We will do our best to provide service quality no lower than Amazon or other e-commerce platforms, with more direct and efficient customer support.

  3.1 Amazon Orders Orders placed through Amazon are subject first to Amazon’s return, refund, and after-sales service rules. For issues beyond Amazon’s handling scope, customers may still contact MAGO MAGA at support@magomaga.net for support.

  3.2 Kickstarter and Indiegogo Orders Kickstarter and Indiegogo orders are crowdfunding pledge orders and will be serviced according to the rules of the applicable crowdfunding platform and the project page terms. MAGO MAGA will still provide reasonable, friendly, and responsible after-sales support to our backers.

4. Product Safety and Proper Use MAGO MAGA products are electrical appliances. To ensure safety and the best user experience, customers must read the user manual carefully before use and operate the product strictly according to the instructions. Please pay special attention to the following:

    Use only the correct voltage version that matches your local power supply;

    Do not use a 120V version with a 220V/230V power supply;

    Do not use a 220V/230V version with an incompatible power supply;

    This product is a coffee bean roaster, not a coffee machine, espresso machine, or grinder;

    Do not add water into the machine;

    Do not use this product to roast materials other than green coffee beans;

    Do not place the machine or electrical components in a dishwasher;

    Do not leave the product running unattended for an extended period of time;

    Use the product only in a ventilated, safe, dry, and stable environment. Roma Pro has CE and ETL certifications. Customers should still select and use the correct voltage version according to the power standards of their country or region.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAGO MAGA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product. Customers are responsible for using the product according to the user manual and safety instructions. MAGO MAGA shall not be responsible for damage, property loss, personal injury, or other losses caused by violation of the user manual, improper operation, unauthorized modification, use of the wrong voltage, use for unintended purposes, unsafe operating environments, or other non-normal use conditions.

6. Policy Updates MAGO MAGA may update this Customer Service, Returns & Warranty Policy from time to time based on product upgrades, service network changes, logistics conditions, platform rules, or legal requirements. For each order, the applicable policy will generally be the version published on the official website at the time of purchase, or the rules published by the corresponding sales platform.
