1. One-Year Limited Warranty
1.1 Warranty Period MAGO MAGA products include a one-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking information.
1.2 Warranty Coverage Under normal household use, if the product develops a functional issue due to defects in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing, MAGO MAGA will provide warranty service free of charge. Warranty service may include:
Free necessary replacement parts;
Free repair service;
Shipping cost to return the repaired or replacement product to the customer;
Replacement of the main unit, replacement of the full product, or another fair and reasonable solution when necessary. The specific solution will depend on the issue type, product condition, customer location, parts availability, and warranty status.
1.3 Repair Shipping Cost For confirmed quality issues within the first 30 days after delivery, MAGO MAGA will cover the related service cost. After the first 30 days, if the product is still within the warranty period and the issue is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing defect, MAGO MAGA will cover the warranty repair service and necessary replacement parts. If the product needs to be sent to a service location, shipping costs may be shared fairly between the customer and MAGO MAGA depending on the specific situation. If the issue is not caused by a quality problem or manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for the relevant parts cost and shipping cost.
1.4 Replacement of Small Parts For replaceable parts such as switches, glass components, bean outlet doors, lids, or similar parts, we will usually prioritize sending replacement parts to the customer and provide video or written installation guidance to reduce waiting time.
2. VIP Extended Warranty Customers who complete VIP registration on the MAGO MAGA official website may extend the warranty period from one year to 15 months. The VIP extended warranty applies to global customers, including purchases from the MAGO MAGA official website, Amazon, Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other authorized channels. To register for the VIP extended warranty, customers generally need to provide:
Order number or proof of purchase;
Customer email address;
MAGO MAGA website registration information.
3. What Is Not Covered by Free Warranty Service The following situations are not covered by free warranty service. However, MAGO MAGA may still provide paid repair service, parts support, or other assistance when possible:
Damage caused by dropping, impact, crushing, or external force;
Damage caused by water, moisture, or improper cleaning;
Damage caused by placing the product or its parts in a dishwasher;
Damage caused by using the wrong voltage, such as using a 120V version with a 220V/230V power supply;
Failure caused by not using, cleaning, or maintaining the product according to the user manual;
Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair;
Use of the product to roast materials other than green coffee beans;
Use of the product as a coffee machine, espresso machine, or any device other than its intended purpose;
Normal wear and tear, such as slight discoloration, smoke marks, cosmetic scratches, or aging of consumable parts;
Wear, damage, or failure caused by long-term, high-frequency, continuous commercial use outside a normal household environment. For the situations listed above, we may provide repair service, but the customer is responsible for the relevant parts cost and shipping cost.
4. Glass Component Policy MAGO MAGA products include glass components. Glass is considered a fragile component. If the customer discovers glass damage upon delivery and the damage is caused by shipping, we will handle it according to our shipping damage policy. If the glass is broken after delivery due to accidental dropping, impact, improper installation, improper cleaning, or other user-caused reasons, it is generally not covered by free warranty service. However, to improve customer experience, MAGO MAGA may, at its discretion, provide one free replacement glass component within 30 days after delivery, subject to confirmation by customer support.
